Pastry Arts — Two Amazing Program Options

Both programs offer a fast and effective route to a pastry career. Our programs cover essential baking and pastry skills, from classic French pâtisserie and confections, to plating restaurant style desserts.

Option 1 — 5-week, Full-time Program offered each spring and fall.

Option 2 — 15-week, Part-time Extended Program begins each January.

Pastry Arts feeds your passion. You develop your own sensibilities and philosophy about pastry, baking techniques, ingredients and presentation. Most of all, your confidence soars.

When you graduate from Culinary School of the Rockies, you have a solid foundation on which to build a successful pastry career. You can now go anywhere in the world. Well-trained pastry cooks are in demand. Career opportunities include positions in restaurants, catering companies, coffee shops, hotels, cafes, and artisan bakeries. You might also teach, write, or create your own unique business. The possibilities are endless.
