Culinary Gala — A Fine Dining Experience
The Culinary Gala is an incomparable fine dining experience. A 5-course gourmet dinner is served in our teaching kitchen, which is transformed for the evening into a candle-lit, intimate restaurant.
A Sample Menu: Grilled Polenta with Prosciutto; Butternut Squash and Potato Leek Soup; Ahi Tuna with Roasted Pepper Coulis and Wasabi Cream; Roasted Rack of Venison with Green Peppercorn Sauce; Winter Greens with Bartlett Pears and Roquefort Croutons; and Cinnamon Bavarian with a Chocolate Dipped Orange Tuile.

Harvest Dinner
Harvest Dinner is a celebration of the grande finale of the Culinary Arts Farm to Table Externship with a dinner "in the fields". Meet renowned Colorado chefs, local artisan growers and farmers; enjoy outdoor dining with all local food and wine; savor fabulous cuisine prepared by our Culinary Arts students.
