Carpentras Carpentras is a huge market, open year-round. It is renowned for its succulent strawberries in the spring and summertime and its famous fromagerie "Le Comtat". The Carpentras market takes over the entire town every Friday morning, drawing people from all over Provence.

Isle Sur la Sorgue Isle Sur la Sorgue is by far one of the most beautiful markets in Provence. The vendors park their food and wares alongside the babbling river, the Sorgue, and there is a certain cacophony throughout the morning among the sellers.
