Vistive® Chef Challenge, Recipe Competition - Starting September 15, professional chefs can submit up to three deep-fat fry recipes on www.vistivechefchallenge.com for a chance to win up to $10,000. All recipes must use Vistive soy cooking oil, must be created for deep fat frying and must be original to the submitter. Recipes must include all ingredients and preparation instructions necessary to replicate the recipe for in-home consumer preparation. Appetizers, desserts and food recipes that include other soyfood products are encouraged. Professional chefs have until 5 p.m. Central Time on November 15, 2008 to submit their entries via the Web site listed above. All recipes must be original, belong solely to the submitting chef and may not have been entered in any other contest.
